We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements and HR processes.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Learning and Time & Labour.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions or enhancements.
- Support integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
- Develop test scripts and support UAT and system testing.
- Provide user training, documentation and ongoing support.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Create reports and dashboards using OTBI / BI Publisher.
Skills & Experience:
- 6-12 years’ experience working with Oracle Fusion / Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong functional knowledge across Core HR, Payroll, Absence and Talent modules.
- Experience supporting implementations or L2/L3 production support.
- Knowledge of BPM workflow configuration and HCM security setup.
- Desirable: experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher and integrations.
