Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements and HR processes.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Learning and Time & Labour.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions or enhancements.
  • Support integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Develop test scripts and support UAT and system testing.
  • Provide user training, documentation and ongoing support.
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Create reports and dashboards using OTBI / BI Publisher.

Skills & Experience:
  • 6-12 years’ experience working with Oracle Fusion / Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong functional knowledge across Core HR, Payroll, Absence and Talent modules.
  • Experience supporting implementations or L2/L3 production support.
  • Knowledge of BPM workflow configuration and HCM security setup.
  • Desirable: experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher and integrations.
